I have been using this about 2 to 3x a week for a year mainly for stir frying vegetables. The QC is not great. I tend to use high heat and after 6 months I realise the high heat was too hot for non stick pot. As with other non stick pots, frying rice was ok at first....then it became not so non stick anymore. Fried noodles worked. Fried beehoon did not because it was too large for the pot to handle. Veg stir fry was fine. Braising was not great because the heat was insufficiently low for a proper braise. At about 6 month mark, there was a large burn mark on the pot everytime I used it and that was when I figured out I can't use high heat. Only at low heat that I found no pot burns. At 9 months I was using it only to fry vegetables at low heat. I used a mix of oil and water to avoid pot burns. So my veg is not so much stir fried but boiled. However the biggest difference between this and wok fry is the time. The heat is high at low levels so food is cooked at about 6 mins. At high heat, 4 mins was the maximum.It cannot handle large volumes for a family bigger than 4 persons of average appetites. You will have to cook it twice. I hand wash after use. There is a pre clean function but I found it easier to wipe off the food bits and then hand wash. The silicon is as silicone does, impossible to keep it oil free.
Seller is very responsive and friendly. Just tried the product, seems to be working well and indeed helped to save some time as there is no need to stand there to do the cooking. Will need to play with it more in order to get to know more of its functions. Overall is so fat a good experience.

Omg! I made it ! First time fried bee hoon in my kitchen. No sweat, no oil splatter. I am so proud of myself for able to fried bee hoon! Lol 😆! Without fanlai, I confirm will not do it in my kitchen. No regret owning fanlai!
Ingredients: soften beehoon , fried egg, canned stewed pork, garlic, onion, cabbage, spring onion and carrot. Some soya sauce, dark soya sauce, oyster sauce. 😋
